Standard Rust-Resistant Shell

Classic American half ball ("HB") button shell is the upholstery standard. Treated metal is highly resistant to rust and less likely to dent than aluminum versions. Good basic shell for many applications, including crafts, automotive and truck cab interiors, and general work.

If the edges of your finished buttons are "sharp" or appear to be collapsing, try aluminum or consider Low Wall shells instead.

Suitable for rust-resistant and nylon (plastic) button back materials. Fits standard American half ball button dies. #80 available by special order only.
