Sometimes called a "Super Hook" and used primarily for outdoor applications. Pair with aluminum shells for a completely rust-proof button —we recommend Standard AL. Appropriate for Sunbrella, vinyl, and other all-weather materials.

Pull hook onto tufting twine for a secure and slip-proof hold. 100% nylon plastic.

We stock "small diameter" hook backs that fit unmodified Osborne, Wade, and newer C & C Metal button dies in size #22. These backs also serve as a low-cost option to purchasing a #22 HUX die if you have a #22 HU die made by a different manufacturer —the smaller diameter allows more room for thicker material (you may need to cut slightly larger circles for this option).

We also offer an "Osborne-type" #36 back that tends to fit unmodified Osborne, Wade, and newer C & C Metal button dies better. If in doubt, please request samples!

Please note that dyes are not added during manufacturing, so natural nylon color may vary from batch to batch. This does not affect performance in any way.
