Dies and cutters are precision machined from high quality hardened steel —cutters may be re-sharpened, if necessary. Blued for durability. Choose plain for most common applications or spur for heavy canvas work.

Grommet die sets are fully adjustable: simply tighten or loosen the upper die to accommodate different materials. Accommodates every brand of grommet we've tried —Osborne grommets available by request.

NOTE: Sometimes a little more "oomph" is required to set larger grommets. Many customers achieve more leverage by slipping a length of PVC pipe over the machine handle.

Osborne grommet dies are too big for Defiance No. 23 and Handy bases, and SOME Defiance 1920. Die shanks MUST be turned to a smaller diameter. Let us know if you have one of these machines.
