A modern take on the classic sew-through shell. Tiny eyelets add a charming accent and can actually strengthen the attachment to hard-wearing garments and accessories. Also perfect as a non-functional decorative button. Stocked in popular dressmaking sizes.

This is the same shell as the Sew-Thru flat shell —the only difference is the eyelets. Fits standard button dies. Must be paired with Eyelet Backs if you plan to use eyelets.

Solid brass eyelets are available in a variety of finishes and must be set separately. We offer our own specialized anvil for hand setting eyelets. We strongly recommend using an awl to make pilot holes through finished buttons before setting eyelets.

NOTE: #30 eyelet shells are NOT available. We suggest #28 (requires #28 button die) or substituting half-ball Sew-Thru shells if #30 is essential.
